Shipping Overview

The Experior Pro Shop is fulfilled by multiple print-on-demand partners depending on the product you order. Here’s what to expect:

  • Shipping times vary by product. Different items are produced and shipped by different vendors, each with their own production and delivery timelines.
  • You may receive multiple shipments. If your order includes items fulfilled by different vendors, they will arrive separately with individual tracking numbers.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your products, destination, and fulfilling vendor.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout for each item before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to addresses within Canada and the United States. Please ensure you’re shopping in the correct store for your shipping destination — the Canada store ships from Canadian fulfillment centers and the US store ships from US fulfillment centers. Ordering from the wrong store may result in longer delivery times and additional customs fees.

Cross-Border Shipments

Orders shipped across the Canada-US border may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Customs processing times are outside our control and may add delays.

Event & Bulk Orders

Planning an event or team gathering? We strongly recommend placing bulk orders well in advance of your event date to allow for production, shipping, and any unexpected delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking number by email. If you ordered items from multiple vendors, expect separate tracking emails.
