Returns & Replacements
All sales through the Experior Pro Shop are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said, we stand behind every order. If your item arrives with a production defect or error — wrong item, low-resolution print when high resolution was specified, or a manufacturing issue — we’ll replace it at no charge. Submit a replacement request within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.
